Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FitFocus (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FitFocus provides tools to generate meal plans and related fitness/nutrition guidance based on information you provide. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and any activity under your account. Keep your login secure. We can suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violations of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require an active subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider/merchant-of-record. Your subscription may renew automatically until you cancel. See the Refunds & Cancellation page for details.

5. Health Disclaimer

The Service is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to diet or exercise, especially if you have medical conditions, allergies, or take medication.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not share access in a way that violates your plan limits.

7. Intellectual Property

We own the Service and its content (excluding your data). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFocus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
